We want you to be happy with your purchase. This policy explains how refunds work for a digital product with immediate access.

The free chapters, readiness score, glossary, and other free tools on this site are not paid products, so refunds do not apply to them.

Digital product with immediate access

The Context Advantage is a digital book. When you purchase, you receive a 16-digit access code immediately — there's no waiting period. Because access is granted right away, we can't offer automatic or no-questions-asked refunds.

Refund window

We'll consider refund requests made within 7 days of your purchase.

After 7 days, we generally can't offer refunds, as you've had substantial time to evaluate the book.

When we'll consider a refund

We'll consider refunds in cases such as:

• Technical issues — if you genuinely can't access the book due to a problem on our end.
• Duplicate purchase — if you accidentally purchased twice.
• Significant unmet expectations — if the book is fundamentally different from what was described.

We review each request individually and fairly. We're not trying to make refunds difficult — we just need to balance fairness with the realities of digital products.

How to request a refund

To request a refund:

• Open a support ticket from the account you used to purchase. This sends your request straight to our admin dashboard so we can review it quickly.
• Briefly explain why you're requesting a refund.
• We'll review your request and respond within a few business days.

What happens after a refund

If we approve your refund:

• We'll process the refund through Stripe (usually 5–10 business days to appear).
• Your access code will be revoked.
• You'll lose access to the paid chapters.

The free chapters remain available to everyone, refund or not.

Try before you buy

The best way to avoid needing a refund is to try the book first:

• The first three chapters are completely free — no purchase required.
• The table of contents shows exactly what's covered.
• The About page explains who the book is for.

We encourage you to explore the free content before purchasing so you can make an informed decision.

Team and gift purchases

For team licenses or gift purchases, please open a support ticket to discuss refund arrangements. These situations may have different considerations.

Our commitment

We're a small, independent publisher. We don't have aggressive refund policies because we don't need them — we'd rather have happy readers than fight over refunds. If something went wrong, we want to make it right.
