1. Use of the website

You may browse the public pages of this website for personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to scrape, copy at scale, frame, or republish content without our written permission.

2. Purchase and license

When you purchase The Context Advantage, you receive a single-user, lifetime license to read the book on this website and download any included assets. The license is non-transferable and non-sublicensable.

• You may read on up to three browsers you personally use. A fourth bumps the oldest.
• You may quote short passages for personal notes, articles, or talks with attribution.
• You may not redistribute, resell, share access codes, or post the full text publicly.
• You may not use the content to train machine learning models without prior written consent.

3. Refunds

We consider refund requests made within 7 days of purchase, on a case-by-case basis. Because access to the book is granted immediately, refunds are not automatic. See our Refund Policy for the full details and how to request one.

4. Living book updates

The book is a "living" publication. We may add, revise, or remove chapters and bonus material. Your lifetime license includes all such updates while the publication is actively maintained.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the website or content to:

• Violate any law or third-party rights.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.
• Interfere with normal operation of the service.
• Distribute malware or send unsolicited communications via our forms.

7. Limitation of liability
